People ask why one small studio has three products. The short answer is that they started as one.
Overmind
Overmind is where it began: one place to run the whole MSP stack. It finds an issue, gathers the context, fixes it, and checks that the fix held. The other two products grew out of the parts of Overmind that turned out to be useful on their own.
Overseer
Overseer handles endpoint automation. You say what every computer should look like, and it reads each machine, puts right what has drifted, and checks the result before it calls the job done. It runs inside Overmind or by itself.
IT Documented
IT Documented keeps each client’s documents, passwords, configurations and procedures in one place, laid out the same way for every client. It also runs inside Overmind or by itself.
Why split them up
Not every MSP wants a whole platform. Some want better documentation and nothing else. Some want automation that proves its work. Selling each piece on its own lets an MSP take the part it needs and leave the rest.
