What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
Who we are
This website is run by FL Computer Tech (FLCT). It describes our software and services, and it lets you get in touch with us.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company, the topic you choose and your message. If you ask to be told when a product launches, we receive the email address you give.
What a web server records. Like most websites, the servers that deliver these pages keep short-lived technical records, such as the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. We use them to keep the site running and to spot misuse.
What the form itself does. Before a form will send, it runs a security check that tells people from automated software, and it sets one short-lived cookie that ties your browser to the form while you fill it in. To stop the form being abused, we also keep a scrambled record of the address a submission came from for one hour. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
Visitor statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records which pages are viewed, roughly which country a visit comes from, and the kind of device and browser used.
This site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not take payment details.
What we use it for
- To reply to you. We use what you send to answer your question.
- To tell you about a launch, if you asked us to.
- To keep the site working. We use technical records to find faults and to protect the site.
We do not sell what you send us, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers to host this website and to deliver email. They handle information on our behalf and only so that they can provide that service.
How long we keep it
We keep a message for as long as it is useful for answering you. We keep a launch sign-up until that product has launched or you ask us to remove it. Ask us to remove yours and we remove it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, or write to [email protected], and say what you would like done.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page.
