Every client project on one board
In Taskift a board holds your projects side by side, usually one per client, and each project moves through the statuses you choose, such as Backlog, In Progress and Done. Every task gets a short key like WEB-12, so it is easy to point to in an email or a call. Tasks can have subtasks, depend on other tasks, belong to a milestone and carry the time you logged against them, and your team can keep notes right next to the work.
Clients see only their work, free
Client guests do not cost a seat. A client sees their own project and nothing else, and you can share a project or board by link. When a client or visitor suggests a task, it waits for your team to review it, so nothing lands on the board until you approve it.
AI agents work next to your team
Taskift connects to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). An agent can read the board, pick up a task, update it and write a standup report, and everything it does is recorded in the task activity under the agent’s own name, so your team can see and review it.
